"Great Experience"

"Still waiting on that refund..."
I messed up when I tried to send some tokens for an exchange and ended up using the wrong network. They were quick to offer a refund, which I took. But here we are, over 2 months later, and there's been no movement from them, plus they’re not replying to my emails. This kind of behavior feels really immature.
3/2/2023: No word from their customer service, still crickets.
6/2/2023: Finally, after 3 months, my issue is resolved. Appreciate the service, so I’ll bump up my rating now.

"Rarely Do I Rate"
I hardly ever rate anything, but when a business makes it super easy for me to convert a big amount without all the hassle that other platforms create, I’m really grateful. The support is incredibly quick too, and they truly want to resolve any issues. You don’t come across companies like this every day. They really put customers first. "Awesome exchanger with top-notch service!"
When Morphtoken started acting shady and went offline, I was on the hunt for a new option and stumbled upon swapswop.

I've been using this platform for over a year now to swap cryptos without revealing my identity.

Even for larger amounts like 5000€ in a single go, the process is seamless and I never have to worry. Throughout my time using it, only one transaction got delayed, but the coins were returned to my wallet in full within two hours after I reached out to customer support.

So yeah, swapswop really delivers and offers excellent service too.

I've never been let down by this exchange. There was just one time I ran into a problem, but the support crew fixed it up real quick. It's totally anonymous; the only time you gotta provide any info is when you reach out for help. "Top DEX Platform"

"Awesome for switching chains"
I’ve moved from CoinBase to Harmony, then from Stellar to Harmony, and back from Harmony to Stellar, plus from Stellar to Avalanche (and the other way around) without any problems. I’ll keep using it down the line without a doubt. Good folks!!!

I mistakenly sent my deposit to the wrong chain... I reached out to these folks and they got back to me right away. They clarified my mistake and informed me that it could take up to 24 hours for my funds to be retrieved and sent to my chosen wallet - and they came through! It's awesome to have discovered an online crypto service that shows such integrity. I’m definitely gonna keep using them.

These folks are amazing! I've been using their services for about a year now and haven't run into any issues. The only thing to note is that they sometimes hold onto your funds a bit longer to maximize their profits when the market's in your favor, but hey, that's just how businesses operate. Margarita from customer support is fantastic! When I had a minor problem, it was sorted out super quickly, and they even followed up with me afterward to ensure I was completely happy.
